Session Description

In light of the Covid-19 crisis, organisations have been forced to rethink the way they run their businesses, and by extension, redesign how they operate as an entity.

Now, more than ever, it has become apparent that whether you're an employer or employee, we have to think - human first.

For this session, we look at common challenges faced by organisations during this unprecedented time. Based on our findings and own experiences, we will share creative, human-centric approaches that have been taken to unify all members of a company to move forward.
