The current situation reminds us of the volatility of the world in which we are living, and the continuous change in our environment. In our keynote, we take a deep look at trends that cause disruption. Together we explore how we can become essential for the people we serve by establishing a culture of human-centric innovation.
Looking at IBM as an example we demonstrate how such a culture helps designing solutions that matter. Leveraging advanced technologies like analytics, AI, blockchain and cloud together with a human-centered mindset helps us to design products and solutions that matter to our users.
Enterprise Design Thinking guides us towards great outcomes. We will have a look at the core elements of Enterprise Design Thinking, and share how you can best benefit from it, now that the Toolkit and all courses have been made available free of charge.
Finally, we will talk about what keeps many of us busy these days: How can we create engaging and effective design thinking experiences in a situation where we cannot meet face-to-face. Based on insights from teams who collaborate remotely for many years we demonstrate how remote design thinking can be a great experience. An experience that in some respects can be even more powerful in changing a team’s culture than relying on face-to-face interactions.
