About this session

Room Capacity: 300 people We will provide a conference tool and a livestream in youtube

Level of Interactivity: Mid: Presentation + Short Exercises + Chat Q&A

SESSION DESCRIPTION The Service Blueprint is as central as the Business Modell Canvas in the creation of new products & business. As with every canvas, just checking the boxes does not create innovation. So how do we innovate services?

I would like to show your three different ways to innovate your Service Blueprint. 1.) Service Blueprint Patterns, 2.) an adaption of the Blue Ocean Strategy, as well as 3.) Foresight & Service Innovation.

I will provide examples as well as a short exercise.

In the end I would like to discuss with you how we can test assumptions in Service Blueprints in order to iterate our business plan.

Looking forward to session,
